• Where is my order?
    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. Ground shipping typically takes 5-8 business days to arrive. Please note that orders placed after 5pm may not ship until the next business day. 
  • My order arrived damaged. Can I get a replacement?
    • Absolutely! Please email with your order number and photos of your damaged orders if possible ro help our team  and shipping partners improve packing practices.
  • Can I purchase a gift card?
    • Yes! Please note that a gift card purchased on is only available for redemption on for our Italian Speciality Products. These gift cards are different from those purchased for the restaurant and cannot be redeemed at Rubirosa Pizza & Ristorante. Restaurant gift cards are available at
  • Are your products vegan?
    • Our Marinara Sauce, Olive Oil, and various pasta shapes are vegan. Our Vodka Sauce contains dairy and is not vegan.
  • Are your products kosher?
    • Our Marinara and Vodka sauces are both certified kosher.
  • How long can I save my Marinara or Vodka sauce after opening?
    • We recommend consuming our sauces within 2 weeks of opening. Once you open the sauce, it must be refrigerated.
  • Can I add a gift note?
    • Yes! When you view your shopping cart on our website, there’s a box to add your gift note below the checkout and payment options. If you submitted your order already, please email us at with your order number and the message you would like us to include. If the order has not shipped yet, our fulfillment team will be able to add the note.
  • Can I make changes to my order after checkout?
    • You can make changes to your order after checkout if it has not yet been shipped. Please email as soon as possible with your order number and the information about what changes you’d like us to make. We’re more than happy to assist if possible!
